Chef Travis received his Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, from The Western Culinary Institute located in Portland, Oregon.  This program integrates the time-honored traditions of Le Cordon Bleu with contemporary cooking techniques and strong kitchen-management skills.  Upon completion from the program in May 2007 Travis completed an externship with respected Chef Chris Mitchum at the Santa Rosa Grill at the Hyatt Grand Champion in Indian Wells, CA.
