I have had the pleasure of knowing chef Travis Woodcock for several years. I have on occasion had the fabulous pleasure of getting to try his delicious homemade soups. That in it 'self is a world class treat! Recently I threw a party for several of our business associates where he and his talented crew catered the event as well as providing a hosted bar including specialty drinks and a knowledgeable bartender. While he employs a top notch crew he is at the helm every step of the way. No detail left behind. His knowledge of food preparation made it a pleasure to create a unique cuisine for this truly wonderful culinary event. From appetizers to dessert everything was prepared and served with the highest quality in mind. EVERYONE RAVED! He was truly the star of the evening! Chef Woodcock will star at many more of my future events!

He also catered a birthday party at our home for sixty people. The meal was amazing. *My wife and I attended a Christmas dinner party that Chef Travis Woodcock and his awesome servers catered. The food was nothing short of amazing! My wife is a big Filet Mignon fan and I was interested to hear her say it was the best filet she had ever had. The hand made sauce on the Filet and on my Salmon was incredible! Everything from the food, to the timing of plate exchange between courses to the cute wait staff was PERFECT! I will recommend Chef Woodcock to everyone I know in need of catering!

I had the pleasure of having Chef Travis cook for myself and some friends. It was delicious! He cooked our filets on the grill just as we had asked and the shrimp was excellent. I am not a big fan of potatos and he made the best boursin mashed potatos. For desert we had vanilla ice cream, rolled in coconut on a pastery, drizzled with chocolate and rasberry sauce. Once again, it was delicious! I have to admit I was trying to snoop and steal some of Chef Travis' secrets!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caterer or just an excellent meal made by the hands of a personal Chef!

Chef Travis catered dinner for my family for Father’s Day. I wanted to make my dad’s father’s day special and Travis made it perfect! He cooked all of my dad’s favorite foods exactly the way that he likes them! The salad alone was one of the most delicious I have ever tasted with a home-made dressing! I gave Travis a basic outline of my father’s favorite foods and he came up with a delectable meal for the four of us!
